- Valid SAPS clearance
- Relevant security qualification
- Proven experience in security services
- Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Ability to work well within a team
- Disciplined, reliable, and dedicated

- Perform duties according to the prescribed duty roster
- Execute instructions as assigned
- Report all relevant matters to the Facility Manager
- Ensure the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors
