Available Positions:

1. Ward-Based Educators (Supervisors)

  • Number of Positions: 05
  • Location: Various wards in Lesedi Local Municipality (Specify the ward number you are applying for)
  • Stipend: R4 300.00
  • Duration: 12 months contract
  • Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent (Post-matric qualification an advantage). At least 1 year experience in public service or NPO.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Educate communities on HIV/AIDS and TB prevention.
    • Lead field teams and ensure data collection.
    • Promote treatment compliance, HIV testing services, and other health services.
    • Identify and refer vulnerable individuals to required services.

2. Ward-Based Educator: Data Capturer

  • Number of Positions: 01
  • Location: Lesedi Local Municipality
  • Stipend: R4 500.00
  • Duration: 12 months contract
  • Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent, Computer Literacy in MS Office. At least 1 year experience in public service or NPO.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Capture and verify community health data.
    • Assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports for the supervisor.
    • Assist in leading and coordinating field workers’ activities.
    • Provide support for data reporting and follow-up on health services provided.

3. Ward-Based Educators (Field Workers)

  • Number of Positions: 29
  • Location: Various wards (Specify the ward number you are applying for)
  • Stipend: R4 000.00
  • Duration: 12 months contract
  • Requirements: Grade 10 or equivalent. At least 1 year experience in public service or NPO.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Engage with communities to provide information and support regarding HIV/AIDS, TB, and related health issues.
    • Promote healthy lifestyles and assist in the collection of health data.
    • Support behavior change initiatives and promote municipal health services.
