Job Description:
The Contact Centre Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer queries across various projects, including toll, pothole reports, and vendor support. The role requires professional communication, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or digital channels.
Respond professionally to all queries in a consistent manner.
Research and provide accurate information using available resources.
Ensure courteous and timely responses in line with service standards.
Adhere to operational requirements and standard procedures.
Manage customer cases using internal systems (CRM, SMARTZ, etc.).
