Job Description:
The Customer Service Centre Agent will provide frontline support and service to SANRAL customers by responding to queries, processing transactions, issuing e-tags, and educating customers about tolling products and services. This position plays a key role in facilitating compliance and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a positive service experience.
Handle customer interactions with professionalism, ensuring all concerns are addressed effectively.
Support customers with road queries and assist in account-based ticketing.
Create and maintain customer accounts and data, ensuring accuracy.
Ensure compliance with the Customer Satisfaction Scorecard benchmarks.
