Internship Programme Overview

The Department of Economic Development, Environment, Conservation and Tourism offers an opportunity for unemployed graduates to apply for their 2025/2026 Internship Programme. This programme provides hands-on experience in various fields related to economic development, tourism, environment, and more. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R7,600 for a period of 24 months.

    Candidates must complete the Z83 application form, which can be obtained from any government department or the DPSA website. Along with the form, applicants must submit a comprehensive CV, certified copies of qualifications, and a certified ID copy. Ensure to indicate the correct internship reference number on the application.
  • Closing Date: 12th December 2025
    Applications must be submitted before 16:30 on the closing date. Late submissions will not be accepted. Walk-ins and email applications will only be considered if they are received before midnight.
