Rental Property Officer at Lesedi Local Municipality

3–5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a municipal or public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the municipality’s rental property portfolio, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and rental income.
Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with municipal standards and regulations.
Coordinate the leasing and rental agreements for municipal properties.
Address tenant complaints and resolve issues regarding property conditions, payments, and lease terms.
Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, including contracts and payment histories.
