Qualifications
- Must have a Grade 12/NQF Level 4 Certificate
- National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field (NQF Level 6/7)
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Experience
- 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a municipal or public service setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and provide leadership to a team of employees working on various municipal projects.
- Ensure that team members meet set goals and targets in line with municipal objectives.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures and systems to ensure efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks related to team management, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Assist in the training and development of team members.
- Provide reports on team performance and contribute to the development of departmental strategies.
