Qualifications

  • Must have a Grade 12/NQF Level 4 Certificate
  • National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (NQF Level 6/7)
  • Certification in customer service or related qualification is an advantage.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in a public or municipal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, answering inquiries and addressing concerns efficiently.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Promote the services and benefits of the Lesedi Local Municipality to the community.
